Life on the North Shore

Today I am writing from my home away from home, the Bon Aire. This place is like a little bit of heaven. With each view comes the smell of bliss and with each smile comes the sound of laughter.

When we first arrived we were greeted by the aroma of serenity and the beach. The house itself is relaxing and spacious, giving this vacation a whole new meaning to ‘getaway’. Meghan and Luke love playing the piano in the living room and testing experiments on the rocks. While I love to listen to the sound of the crashing waves of the lake hitting the rocks below.

Although I woke up this morning with a horrible ache in my shoulder from last night; it’s still unbelievable that this is our home for the next couple of days. Not sure what in store next, but we might try hitting Gooseberry Falls State Park and maybe hit the town.
